Child Safety Standards

1. Our commitment

Menquilibrium is committed to protecting children and to preventing child sexual abuse and exploitation (CSAE) in every part of our product and community. We have zero tolerance for any content, conduct, or communication that involves the sexual abuse or exploitation of a child.

When this page says "we," "us," or "Menquilibrium," it refers to Wisdohm Strategica SRL. These standards apply to everyone who uses Menquilibrium, and we apply them consistently and without exception.

2. An adults-only service

Menquilibrium is designed for adults aged 18 and over. Our services are not intended for minors, and we do not knowingly allow anyone under 18 to create an account or take part in our community. If we learn that a person under 18 has accessed the service, we will remove their access and delete their data.

Being an adults-only platform does not reduce our responsibility. We remain fully committed to detecting, preventing, and acting on any content or behaviour that could harm a child, regardless of where it originates.

3. Prohibited conduct

Users are strictly prohibited from using Menquilibrium to engage in any of the following:

• Child sexual abuse material (CSAM) — Uploading, sharing, requesting, linking to, or distributing any material that sexually abuses, exploits, or endangers a child.
• Grooming or exploitation — Contacting, grooming, sexualising, coercing, or exploiting a minor, or attempting to do so.
• Facilitation — Encouraging, promoting, normalising, or facilitating the sexual abuse or exploitation of a child in any form.
• Sexualisation of minors — Sharing or producing sexualised text, images, or other content depicting minors, including computer-generated, animated, or "virtual" depictions.
• Trafficking or solicitation — Advertising, soliciting, or arranging any sexual contact or content involving a minor.

These prohibitions cover all content and communication on the platform, and they apply regardless of intent, framing, or claimed context.

4. Enforcement and consequences

Any violation of these standards will result in prompt action, which may include:

• Immediate removal of the offending content.
• Suspension or permanent termination of the user's account and access to our services.
• Preservation of relevant evidence to support investigations by law enforcement.
• Reporting to the appropriate authorities and to relevant child-protection organisations where required or appropriate.

We cooperate fully with law enforcement and with recognised child-protection bodies. Where we identify apparent child sexual abuse material, we act to remove it and report it in line with our legal obligations under Romanian and European Union law.

5. Reporting a concern

If you encounter any content, account, or behaviour on Menquilibrium that may violate these Child Safety Standards, please report it to us immediately. We review every report and respond as quickly as we can.

When reporting, please include as much detail as you safely can, such as the account or content involved and the date and time you saw it. This helps us investigate and act quickly.

If a child is in immediate danger, contact your local emergency services first. In Romania you can also reach the Child Helpline on 116 111. You can report child sexual abuse material online through the INHOPE network at inhope.org/report, or in the United States through the NCMEC CyberTipline at report.cybertip.org.

6. Compliance with the law

These standards are designed to align with applicable laws on child protection and with the child safety requirements of the platforms that distribute our app, including the Google Play CSAE standards. We keep these standards and our internal practices under review so they remain effective and current.

7. Changes to these standards

We may update these Child Safety Standards from time to time to reflect changes in our practices, our services, or legal and platform requirements. When we make material changes, we will update the "Last updated" date at the top of this page.
